The price of standard delivery within the EU is free. And the delivery time is about 3-5 business days. For bulky items, the delivery time can be a bit longer.
The express shipping cost will be calculated after the insertion of the delivery address. The delivery time is 1-3 business days and depends on the destination.
The delivery cost for all destinations outside the European Union will be calculated after the insertion of the delivery address. If you do not see delivery options for your destination, please, contact us and we'll prepare a personal offer.
Preparing for shipping
If the ordered items are in stock, we will do everything possible to ship them the next day. For some orders, the preparation time for shipping can increase from 1 to 3 days.
For items with the status "Available on backorder", please, contact us to verify the lead time.
The delivery time of the goods agreed with our carrier, is 3-5 business days, and depends on the destination country.
If the order is urgent, please, first verify the availability and only then order the goods. In case of urgency, please contact customer support via chat or e-mail to agree on the preparation and delivery times. We will do everything possible to deliver the goods on time.

What about availability?
Many products, present on the site, are always in stock.
However, there are products that are produced on specific requests and obviously can not be in stock, for such products there are production time plus arrival time and in some cases customs clearance and etc.
Before ordering, to avoid a subsequent misunderstanding, please verify the availability.
If the order is placed by a private client, a resident of the EU, the VAT of the destination country will be added.
If the order is placed by a private client, with a residence outside of the EU territory, the bill is tax-free (the local customs authorities may require to pay the local taxes and duties).
If the order is placed by the company, with a registered VAT number in the EU commission database (which could be verified on the EU commission website) the bill is tax-free.
If the company doesn't have a VAT number or the VAT number is not registered in the EU commission, the VAT of the destination country will be added to the price.
To add the VAT number to the EU commission database, please, contact the company’s accountant.
During the placing of the order, insert the VAT number of the company, and the website verifies it in automatic on the EU commission database. If the VAT is added to the price, the VAT number is not correct or it's not presented in the EU commission database.
