Right of Return
www.envieq.com allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

The price of delivery within the EU is free. And the delivery time is about 3-5 business days.
For an express shipping, please, send a request via the website form “ADD TO QUOTE”. In this case, the delivery time and the cost of the service will be agreed personally, sending a proforma invoice with all additional costs.
The delivery cost for all destinations outside the European Union is 50.00 euros. Calculated for the goods with the maximum weight of 5 kg. For the items with the bigger weight, the request should be sent and the price will be calculated personally.
If the ordered item is in stock, we will do everything possible to ship the next day. For some orders, the preparation time for shipping can increase from 1 to 3 days.

However, there are products that are produced on specific requests and obviously can not be in stock, for such products there are production time plus arrival time and in some cases customs clearance and etc.

How to pay without VAT
If the order has been placed by the private client, a resident of the EU, the 20% VAT will be added.
If the order placed by the private client, with the residence outside of the EU territory, the bill will be without taxes.
If the order placed by the company, with registered VAT number on the EU commision (could be verified on the EU commision website) the final bill will be without any taxes.
If the VAT number is not registered, the 20% VAT tax will be added.
To add the VAT number to the EU commision website, please, contact the company’s accountant, and it will be done in 2 minutes.
During the placing of the order, insert the VAT number of the company, the website verifies it, in automatic, on the EU commision database. If the 20% of VAT added, the VAT number is not presented in the database.
If the order placed by the company, registered outside of the EU territory, the final bill will be without any taxes.
